Accounts Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set of account would be an advantage
  • High level of accuracy, commitment, dedication and able to work independently
  • Job involves multi tasking within our Group of companies.
  • Knowledge in costing and transfer pricing mechanism would be an advantage

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Finance/Accountancy, LCCI intermediate, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience gained in a manufacturing and/or trading environment
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Mature and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Sales Coordinator

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Manager and Sales Accounts Manager to handle sales enquiries and quotations for domestic or overseas
  • Handles sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders   
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities and handling of accounts receiveables.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design or any other discipline
  • Minimum 1 working experience in the office furniture industry
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided
  • 3 position vacant for national sales and international sales

Production Engineer/Technician

 

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out overall productivity improvement of relevant processes
  • Improve machine operating condition and machine/ material utilization
  • Maintain and update Quality Records and documents for relevant sections 
  • A member of Quality Improvement Team
  • Participate in the investigation, analysis and resolve of customer, complaints and product non-conformances
  • Carry out QC function related to Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection
  • A member of ISO Steering Committee
  • Ensure & monitor all measuring equipment are calibrated as per schedule
  • 5S & Safety Committee
  • Carry out Preventive Maintenance Program for all machines

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering
  • Independent, hardworking, committed to meet schedule compliance sense of responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact well with all level of staff and management
  • Minimum 2 years working exposure in office furniture industries or manufacturing environment
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided
  • 4 positions vacant for Logistic, Planning, Process, Production and Quality Control

Industrial Designer

 

Requirements:

  • Possess recognized Diploma / Degree in Industrial/Product Design/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Those with Diploma/Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design/Engineering and have strong interest in furniture design are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in furniture industry with relevant exposure in manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D is essential. Experience with Solid Works and/or Mechanical Desktop would be an added advantage
  • With mature personality and can work independently with high level of creativity.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Multimedia Designer

 

Requirements:

  • Possess recognized Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design or Graphic Design.
  • Creative individual and able to work independently.
  • Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, 3D max and Autocad.
  • Knowledge in web design will be advantageous.
  • Assist sales department in preparing 3D products visualisation and other marketing materials.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

 

  

Secretary 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for meetings.
  • Liasing with Company Secretary, Lawyer, Real Estate Agent and others.
  • Arranging travel and accomodation and, occasionally, traveling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings, or to provide general assistance during presentations. 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar job function is essential
  • Good organizational and communication skills with all levels
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

                       HR Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources matters including payroll and foreign workers management.
  • Computation of HR documentation in accordance to ISO 9001:2000 Standard.
  • To liase with government bodies such as Socso, Labour Office, Immigration with regards to foreign workers work permit.
  • Assist in administer & monitor HR policies & procedures
  • To assist in training coordination & evaluation and process HRDF training grant application/ claims.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act and other Human Resources practices will be an added advantage.
  • Possess excellent in both written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Resourceful in all aspects of Human Resources functions and has strong interpersonal, analytical, innovative, communication and presentation skills.

Sales Executive

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Business Studies/Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related fields, posses good rapport with architects, consultants and interior designers.
  • Matured, accountable and self-motivated individuals with good public relations and communication skills.
  • Proactive, result oriented, willing to take challenge, able to achieve sales target, posses strong desire and commitment to excel.

Production Planning Controller

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering of any discipline.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in home and/or office furniture industry with relevant exposure to manufacturing environment.
  • Good planning, scheduling, cost controlling, report writing and computer literate.
  • Possess excellent technical & analytical skill.
